of the fan, due to the sudden expansion of the air flow end face and the action of the air flow distribution plate,
some of the coarse dust particles in the air flow settle to the ash hopper under the action of gravity and inertia force.
Large industrial filter drum dust collector the dust particles with fine particle size and small density enter the filter
chamber, and through the combined effect of Brown diffusion and fiber interception, the dust is deposited on the
surface of the filter material of the filter cylinder, and the purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged
by the outlet through the fan.
The resistance of filter dust collector increases with the increase of dust accumulation on the surface of the filter
cylinder. When the resistance reaches the set value, a high-speed high-pressure air is sprayed out through
the small hole of the blowpipe through the pulse valve of the blowback system. At this time, the PLC program
controls the opening and closing of the pulse valve. When the pulse valve is opened, the compressed air in the
air bag enters the filter cylinder evenly through the expansion of the venturi tube, forming a momentary positive
pressure inside the filter cylinder, generating huge vibration, so that the dust deposited on the filter material
falls off and falls into the ash hopper. The collected dust is discharged into the ash bucket through the ash
discharge valve.
