Industrial thermal oil boiler filter dust collector equipment
1, flue gas introduction: The dust containing gas generated during boiler combustion is first introduced into the dust collector
through the flue.
2, preliminary separation: After the flue gas enters the dust collector, it will first go through a pretreatment stage, such as the
inertial separator or cyclone dust collector, etc., this step can separate the large particle size in the flue gas and reduce the
pressure of subsequent bag filtration.
3, bag filtration: After the initial separation of the flue gas then into the core part of the bag filter - filter bag area. Here, when
the dusty gas passes through the filter bag, the dust particles are intercepted by the filter bag and deposited on the surface
of the filter bag, while the clean air is discharged through the pores of the filter bag.
4, cleaning process: with the progress of filtration, the dust on the surface of the filter bag gradually accumulates, when the
accumulation to a certain extent, the need for cleaning treatment. There are a variety of cleaning methods, including
mechanical vibration, pulse injection, etc., to restore the filtration performance of the filter bag.
5, purification emission: after cleaning the filter bag continues to filter the smoke, and the purified air is discharged into the
atmosphere through the chimney.
