The working principle of screw conveyor is to transport materials by rotating spiral blades. When the spiral shaft
rotates, the material moves forward along the trough of the conveyor under the push of the spiral blade. The main
forward force of the material comes from the upward and forward force of the material along the tangential direction
of the blade when the spiral blade is rotating axially. In order to make the screw shaft in a more favorable tension
state, the drive device and the discharge port are usually placed on the same end of the conveyor, and the feed port
is placed near the tail of the other end as far as possible. The rotating spiral blade will push the material and transport
it, so that the material does not rotate with the spiral conveyor blade is the material's own weight and the friction
resistance of the spiral conveyor shell to the material. The screw shaft of the screw conveyor has a thrust bearing at
the end of the direction of material movement to react with the axial force of the material to the screw. When the captain
is long, the middle hanging bearing should be added.
