Industrial water repellent oil repellent polyester needle felt filter bag
The production process of water-repellent oil-repellent needled felt filter bag is as follows:
Fiber opening - carding - laying - pre-needling - main needling - felting - singeing - calender
- dipping -PTFE(waterproofing agent) drying - setting - rolling - rolling.
The filter bag made of filter cloth after water and oil repellent treatment is used in the occasion
of large moisture content, compared with ordinary filter bag, because the filter material is not
easy to plug the paste bag, prolonging the cleaning cycle and the service life of filter bag. The
flow of gas through is also increased, saving energy and maintenance costs, while also
increasing production. In addition to the water-repellent and oil-repellent treatment of needled
felt (such as polyester, polypropylene, anti-static, Metas), the finishing technology of our
company can also be used for water-repellent and oil-repellent treatment of woven filter
materials such as polyester 208 flan cloth and 729 tube cloth.
