PPS filter bags apply for industrial iron and steel smelting dust collector
1. Introduction
The material of dust collector bag is cloth or felt made of synthetic fiber, natural fiber or glass fiber. The cloth or felt is then sewn into cylindrical or flat bags as required. According to the nature of the flue gas, the filter material is selected to suit the application conditions.
Usually, in the flue gas temperature is lower than 120 ℃, the requirements of the filter media with acid resistance and durability of the case, often choose polyester flannel and polyester needle felt; in dealing with high temperature flue gas (<250 ℃), the main choice of graphitized glass cloth; in some special circumstances, the choice of carbon fiber, glass fiber, PPS, P84, DWD, PTFE, fluorine Mace, basalt filter media and so on. Bag filter operation in the control of flue gas through the filter media speed (known as the filtration rate) is quite important. Generally take the filtration speed of 0.5-2m/min, for particles larger than 0.1μm efficiency of up to 99% or more, equipment resistance loss of about 980-I470Pa.
2. Classification:
(1) Room temperature bag: room temperature bag is mainly made of polyester, polypropylene, acrylic and other fibers by non-woven, textile technology, with good air permeability, smooth surface, good dimensional stability, easy to peel off the dust and other excellent performance. Mainly used in general industrial enterprises have dust pollution industry dust removal and room temperature flue gas treatment and other fields;
(2) Medium temperature bag: With the country's increased attention to environmental protection, especially the rapid development of bag-type dust removal technology industry, China began to use imported synthetic fibers can be adapted to the more severe working conditions, long service life of high-performance filtration materials. The more common medium-temperature filter materials are aramid fibers, PPS series of fibers through the dip-tie, waterproof, oil-proof, anti-corrosion process, so as to achieve the desired results;
(3) High-temperature bags: high-temperature bags are mainly made of high-temperature-resistant fibers such as P84, texturized glass fibers, ultra-fine glass fibers and other high-temperature fibers processed through textile and non-woven technology, which have the characteristics of good thermal stability, high filtration efficiency and long service life. Mainly used in a variety of high-temperature flue gas conditions in the dust collector; the part of the harsh working environment using DWD high-temperature bag, and ordinary dust collection part of the polyester bag.
