Centrifugal fan belongs to a kind of turbomachinery, widely used in energy, environment,
aviation and other industries, is one of the main energy-consuming equipment in industrial
and agricultural production. Centrifugal fan is one of the four major parts in the dust
removal ventilation system. It is a relatively running machine, which relies on the rotation
of the impeller to form negative pressure inside the fan, inhales the outside gas and exhausts
the fan through the impeller runner and volute.
The centrifugal fan faces from one side of the motor, the impeller rotates clockwise, which is
called the right-handed fan, and the impeller rotates counterclockwise, which is called the left
cyclone, which is represented by left.
The fan is mainly composed of the direct coupling motor distributed by the impeller, the shell,
the air inlet and so on, and the transmission group. The impeller consists of 12 inclined airfoil
blades welded to the middle of the wheel covered by the curved wheel and the flat plate. It is
made of carbon steel plate, and has been corrected by static and dynamic balance. It has good
air performance, good efficiency and smooth operation.
