The working principle of fog cannon machine is mainly to atomize water through high
pressure pump and atomizing nozzle, and then use large wind fan to push the atomized
water mist out, to achieve the effect of sending the water mist to a long distance. In this
process, a single nozzle of the fog gun machine can spray water fog 3-5 meters away,
with a width of 1-2 meters. The water fog will float in the air for a large area for a period
of time and then combine with dust, and then land, so as to achieve the purpose of dust
removal.
Fog gun machine has significant advantages in environmental protection. It mainly relies
on electric power to drive components such as fans and high-pressure pumps, and
compared with traditional equipment using fuel engines, electric drive not only has lower
operating costs, but also produces no exhaust emissions and has almost no pollution to
the environment. In addition, although the fog gun consumes a certain amount of water
during the spray operation, because it can mist the water into very small particles, most
of these water mist particles will return to the atmosphere through natural evaporation
after combining with the dust, greatly reducing the waste of water resources.
